Covid numbers of cases are rising. So far in the last week, covid cases are at about 73,000 per day which isn’t good, that’s 8,000 more than a week ago. The number of covid cases has risen slightly while deaths decline.

As said in a Healthline article called ”Here’s Where Covid-19 Cases Are Rising” “According to figures from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the average number of new COVID-19 cases increased to about 73,000 a day, about 8,000 more than a week ago.

The numbers included the 134,000 new cases reported on Nov. 8.” This states that the CDC averages the covid cases at about 73,000 per day. Everyone needs to wear masks, people aren’t wearing their masks in grocery stores, toy stores, etc. People need to wear masks or covid-19 cases could burst up again in the U.S.A.

Staff and teachers at gateway high school have been enforcing the masks and making students wear them at all times but when they’re eating or drinking. Lunch detention is given to those who don’t wish to listen if they still don’t listen they are put online instead of in person. gateway staff and teachers are forcing this rule to protect their students.
